My story.

I'm Lulua Kapadia — a chocolate business coach and the founder of the Chocopreneur Circle, a community for aspiring chocolatiers and mothers learning to set up their own chocolate businesses, starting from home.

By training, I'm an industrial engineer. By craft, a certified chocolatier. For the last 14 years I have been building my own brand, and for the last 8 years I have taught hundreds of students how to turn their love for chocolate into a real, sustainable business.

When I first started, there were no experts in the field who could guide me on how to build a chocolate business the right way. There were failures. There were long stretches of struggle. I had to decode every step on my own — the recipes, the systems, the pricing, the brand, the customers.

Once I had decoded what truly works, I knew I didn't want anyone else to walk that road alone. Today I show up for the people who dream of building pure chocolate and bean-to-bar chocolate businesses — with structure, with soul, and with each other.

My mission is to take Indian-origin chocolate to global platforms. Not as solo makers — but as a community moving forward together, through collaboration.
